Cook Along
Join us for a fantastic cook along, hosted by Al Volev, a Michelin’s Bib Gourmand recognised chef. During the class he will cover lots of skills including knife skills, developing flavour and seasoning, spicing and tempering, how to store and refresh spices, choosing the best cut, rice cookery all from the comfort of your own home.
The dish we will be making is a chicken jalfrezi or a vegetarian option of sweet potato and cauliflower. A jalfrezi is a north Indian curry which can be hot or mild, depending on how much chili you would like to add. Tomato based, this curry is finished with butter to give it richness, sheen and a delicious flavour’
The live class will be on Saturday 27th March at 7pm.
The class costs £15 and will include a full list of all ingredients and instructions and a link to the live class where Al will take you through the cooking step by step.
