The Maypole Project 20th anniversary Ball
This year we’re celebrating 20 years of support to local children with complex medical needs and their families at our annual ball. Raise a glass with us at the stunning Clarendon Hotel for a summer night of glitz and glamour. We’ll be toasting the incredible work of our support team over the years and looking forward to our ambitions and plans for the coming years. There will be some great entertainment throughout the evening as well as the opportunity to purchase some great prizes! All money raised will help support children with complex medical needs and their families.
Date: Saturday 1st July 2023
Time: Drinks Reception from 6 pm with guests to be seated for dinner at 7pm.
Where: Clarendon Hotel, 8-16 Montpelier Row, Blackheath SE3 0RW
Entry: £85 per person or a table of 10 for £850 ~ This price includes a drink on arrival, 3 course meal and half a bottle of wine per person.

Taking part in a event that isn’t listed on our website? Whatever challenge you have chosen to take on, we would love for you to raise money for The Maypole Project. We love seeing our supporters tackling different challenges across the UK and sometimes even the world!
You will receive full support from the Fundraising Team and they will be on hand to help you with your fundraising and training. As a Maypole Project fundraiser you will receive:
- A welcome pack and email full with fundraising ideas
- Dedicated support
- A bright Maypole Project t-shirt or running vest!
