Maypole Ball Tickets are only sold through the official organisation’s website. No third parties are involved in the event or the purchase process or personal information shared.
Ball Tickets will be exchanged or refunded if an event is cancelled or significantly altered. Should you require to cancel your booking, the refund policy for this event is that you will receive a full refund one month before the date of the event. After this period, there will be no refunds due to the venue’s policies.
Finally, we prefer that ball tickets are booked and paid for at the time of booking. In the unlikely event that you wish to reserve tickets, they will only be reserved for a maximum of one week, and this must be, by specific application to the organisation directly by email to fundraising@themaypoleproject.co.uk
