The London Marathon is one of the world’s most iconic sporting events and an unforgettable personal challenge.
If you’ve been lucky enough to secure a place through the London Marathon ballot, we’d love for you to join Team Maypole and use your place to make a real difference to local children and families living with complex medical needs.

There is no minimum fundraising target for ballot place runners, but every pound you raise will help us to continue providing vital support to the families who rely on our services.

Join Team Maypole!
Taking part in a event that isn’t listed on our website? Whatever challenge you have chosen to take on, we would love for you to raise money for The Maypole Project. We love seeing our supporters tackling different challenges across the UK and sometimes even the world!
You will receive full support from the Fundraising Team and they will be on hand to help you with your fundraising and training. As a Maypole Project fundraiser you will receive:
- A welcome pack and email full with fundraising ideas
- Dedicated support
- A bright Maypole Project t-shirt or running vest!
