Join us for a night of glitz and glamour at The Maypole Project Ball 2027!
Taking place at the gorgeous Bromley Court Hotel, enjoy an evening of entertainment, fun and fundraising, with all proceeds supporting families of children and young people with complex medical needs and disabilities.
Date: Saturday 17th April 2027.
Venue: Bromley Court Hotel, Bromley Hill, Bromley, BR1 4JD.
Timings: Drinks reception from 6:00pm, with guests to be seated for dinner at 7:00pm.
Ticket Price: ÂŁ90pp. Tickets include a welcome drink, a delicious 3 course meal, half a bottle of wine per person, a live auction, along with music and entertainment until midnight.
Dress Code: Formal/Black Tie.

Taking part in a event that isn’t listed on our website? Whatever challenge you have chosen to take on, we would love for you to raise money for The Maypole Project. We love seeing our supporters tackling different challenges across the UK and sometimes even the world!
You will receive full support from the Fundraising Team and they will be on hand to help you with your fundraising and training. As a Maypole Project fundraiser you will receive:
- A welcome pack and email full with fundraising ideas
- Dedicated support
- A bright Maypole Project t-shirt or running vest!
