Raffle Terms and Conditions: 

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before entering the draw.   

  1. Participation in The Maypole Project Christmas Raffle 2025 costs £2 per entry or £10 per booklet.  
  1. Profits from this raffle will support the work of The Maypole Project. Registered charity; 1120163.  
  1. The raffle is open to all mainland Great Britain residents aged 16 and over (this excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands and is due to Gambling Commission legislation).  
  1. It is an offence for raffle entries to be sold to, or by, a person under 16 years of age. If anyone is found to be under 16, they will automatically forfeit their right to a prize.  
  1. Payment for participation in the raffle can be made by cash, cheque payable to The Maypole Project, bank transfer or through our website.  
  1. Raffle tickets will be entered into the draw when complete payment is received.   
  1. The closing date for entries is Sunday 14th December 2025   
  1. Late entries will be treated as a donation to The Maypole Project.   
  1. The draw will take place on Monday 15th December 2025. Winning entries will be randomly drawn in the presence of two witnesses.   
  1. Prizes are as follows:  

1st Prize – 2 tickets to Disney on Ice and Dinner 

2nd Prize- £75 Chapter One dinner voucher, Champagne afternoon tea for two and Magnum bottle of Claret 

3rd Prize- Christmas Hamper  

  1. And many more prizes including; Pamper Set from Toni and Guy and Ted Baker, Scholastic Book Bundle, Foraging Course, Family ticket to Battersea Zoo and much more!   
  1. The winners will be notified within one week after the draw by telephone or email.  
  1. The Maypole Projects Christmas Raffle 2025 is licensed by the Gambling Commission under the Gambling Act 2005. Â
