he Maypole Project (TMP) Gold Bond places will be allocated by 1st August 2024.  If successful, you will be required to pay a registration fee of £100 within 10 days to secure your place.

By registering for TMP Gold Bond place in the TCS London Marathon 2025 you are pledging to raise a minimum sponsorship of £2,000 which half of which should be raised no later than March 2025 and the rest should be sent to TMP no later than four weeks after the event, and understand that it is the endeavor of this challenge to raise as much as possible in aid of TMP.

You agree to represent and raise as much money exclusively for TMP in this marathon.

Should you have to withdraw for any reason, you should inform TMP in writing, send all sponsorship forms and money collected directly to TMP, and notify your sponsors that you are no longer taking part.  All sponsorship monies will be retained by TMP unless your sponsors request in writing that TMP return it to them.

You should take out personal injury insurance covering you to take part in a marathon.

You are entering this event entirely at your own risk and TMP shall not be liable for any injury or loss that may occur as a result of your participation.

Sponsorship will be paid exactly one month after the date of the event (27th May 2025)

The swapping or sale of race numbers is strictly prohibited for reasons of safety and primarily for identification by medical staff.

You must complete the race on foot and not introduce any wheeled vehicle.

You must be at least 18 years old by 27th April 2025
