DESCRIPTION:Challenge yourself to a sponsored walk at sunrise. Walk in aid of a loved one\, for your own sense of achievement or for fun with your family. Walk 5km\, 10km or 20km through tree lined paths\, across fields\, down rivers and along the beautiful coastline.  You set the time and place\, the walk/run just needs to begin as the sun rises. \nEveryone taking part and fundraising a minimum sponsorship £50\, will receive a medal and Maypole T- shirt.
