Services for professionals

Working with children with complex medical needs, and their families, can be very rewarding. However, it can also bring with it inherent periods of stress and tension, which may affect your ability in a work environment, or even because there are issues within that work environment. During and after these periods of difficulty, and without intervention from support staff, there can be high staff sickness and absenteeism.

Our services for professionals aim to provide support through supervision, debrief and training, which can alleviate any additional tensions, and assist staff in continuing with their roles.
