Gifts in memory of a loved one

If you would like to make a gift in memory of a loved one, there are 3 simple ways that you could do this.

A simple way is to advise your funeral director that you would like to receive a donation to The Maypole Project in lieu of floral tributes.  They will collect donations and forward them to our charity as well as write to advise you of the person or family that has made a donation so that you can write and thank them if you wish to do so.

Another way is to set up your own Virgin Money Giving in memory page.  By clicking on this www.virginmoneygiving.com link you will be able to register to create a personalised web page in memory of your loved one.  Friends and relatives will then be able to make a donation in their memory to help The Maypole Project support children and their families.

Alternatively, friends and family can send donations by post. An In Memoriam Donation Form is available by clicking here. For security purposes we advise that only cheques, not cash, should be sent by post.

Please contact Rebecca de Vaux at The Maypole Project on 01689 851596 or rebeccadevaux@themaypoleproject.co.uk if you would like help in arranging gifts in memory.

Be part of something special this year and join us for a 5k or 10k run.

Following last year’s huge success, we’re pleased to announce we have places in the Superhero 5k Fun Run in Regent’s Park on Sunday 13th May. The run is open to heroes from age 8 upwards, making it a great family run. Better still, superhero costumes are provided!!

We also have places in the popular British Asics 10k Run on Sunday 8th July. The traffic-free route takes runners along Whitehall and the banks of the Thames. It’s a great opportunity to see London’s scenic streets like you’ve never seen them before.

For more information about these runs or any of our other challenges, please email us at info@themaypoleproject.co.uk or call the Active Challenges team on 01689 85 15 96.
