Donations to The Maypole Project

All donations, large and small, make a huge difference to The Maypole Project. For example:

• £2 - pays for crayons for children to explore their feelings through art
• £5 - buys boxes and books where children can keep their memories safe
• £10 - means families can use our special 'family room' for one hour
• £50 - will buy toys that are used in therapeutic play
• £100 - enables our family support workers to take ill children on an outing
• £600 – basic cost for running a support group
• £1,000 - the average cost to support a child and their family for a year
• £1,500 – allows us to give our families a 'family fun day' in the countryside
• £5,000 - contributes to running our family rooms for a year
• £10,000 – allows ten families to be supported for a whole year
• £30,000 – pays a family support worker's salary and all other costs for a year
• £50,000 - provides a team of support workers.
